I absolutely love this hospital! Recently this week, I gave birth to my daughter. The doctors, nurses, whole day shift/night shift are EXTREMELY INCREDIBLE! I am very thankful and grateful to have had an amazing team of people with me through our experience! I definitely recommend this hospital to anyone for labor and delivery!

Couldn't have asked for a better care team. Every one of the doctors, nurses, techs and lactation consultants were kind, professional, and took great care of us. Highly recommend labor and delivery at Medical City Plano!

Friendly and accessible: For starters, I was emailed an app with reminders preparing me for my stay, which was cool! Then the staff was friendly, supportive and just plain in a "good mood" and it helped me through hard parts of my 3 day stay. Everyone was professional, courteous and had perfect bed-side manner.

Online update and check-in actually worked. I didn't have to do the papers again, as I've had to do for 2 other medical appointments. Staff were helpful, cheerful, and communicated clearly. Parking was dicey because of all the construction, but was not the fault of the location's staff. I'm already booked for next year.

I was recently admitted to Medical City Plano from 10/22 to 10/29/2025 for an esophagectomy, and the care I received was exceptional. The ICU nursing team, especially Lauren and Julia, were incredible—compassionate, professional, and attentive. In recovery, Lara, Mary and Veronica among others continued that same outstanding level of care. Every staff member from every department I encountered was caring, patient, and truly committed to my healing. I truly believe I received the best care possible in the entire North Texas area. Overall, I’m extremely grateful for the excellent treatment and support I received throughout my stay. I Highly recommend Medical City Plano for anyone needing top-quality medical care and genuine compassion.

I had my baby here, and overall my experience was great. I had a traumatic birth, but the nurses and doctors were incredibly caring, empathetic, and supportive—especially during postpartum care. Since giving birth, I’ve had to come to the ER a few times due to chest pain, kidney pain, and multiple ongoing symptoms that wouldn’t go away, despite seeing a PCP, OB, cardiologist, etc. I recently lost my insurance and had to come to the ER because the pain was unbearable. Last night I was treated by Dr. Contreras, and he was amazing. I felt seen and heard. He made me feel comfortable, took the time to explain possible causes, and ran multiple tests to thoroughly rule things out. I also overheard him taking the time to care for his other patients the same way. Prior to coming here, I went to Baylor in Grapevine. Despite their good reviews, I felt dismissed. Necessary tests were not ran and I was sent home within an hour, even though they were not as nearly as busy as this ER. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received here and the referrals I was given without even having to ask—something I’ve had to advocate for myself at other ERs. On top of that, this hospital has some of the sweetest and most caring nurses in the DFW area. I’ve been to many hospitals around Dallas due to moving every year, but the consistency of excellent care here really stands out.

Dr Thanawala is the most professional, caring, understanding accommodating and personable doctor I have ever been associated with. Dealing with my complex problems over the years associated with my stroke and culminating in my need to transfer to an Assisted Living facility she never wavered in offering me all that was required to make this emotional move as comfortable as possible. It was like having a personal nurse. I will dearly miss her.

If you or your family member has a problem I recommend this hospital. They show true genuine care towards their patients. The ER is extremely busy but they try to maintain giving treatment to everyone based on priority measures. I was finally given a private room which was sooner than later. It had a private bathroom, TV, and bed that monitors your movement and adjusts based on pain and movement. My nurses, Christopher and Joyce were amazing in treating me. Throughout the night and day my vitals were taken and monitored. Dr. Hussain in ER and Dr. Iouya in the room offered informative information and was direct with my current health issues and possible solutions. They discharged only when I was ready. They offered and recommended a neurologist to immediately go to to continue helping my current issue. I am happy I was sent to this hospital from urgent care. I was truly taken care of. As a member of the National Press Club of Washington DC I am one to speak the truth and inform people of the necessary information you need to hear.

I cannot say enough positive things about this hospital. I took my mom for an ER visit, and she was up and about right away. The nurses immediately began the preliminary assessment, and Dr. William Ciozda entered the room about 15 minutes later to check on us. I was also impressed with their method of communication when it came to her results, I received text messages every time her lab results were available. In less than an hour after our arrival, my mother was up and about again, her blood work, X-rays, and CT scans were all completed. The entire team of nurses, technicians, and Dr. Ciozda were amazing, efficient, and caring. If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would. Thank you for taking care of my mother!

I got to the clinic about 15 minutes early and was checked in quickly. After a few minutes I was called back for the procedure. Everything went well and quickly and I was walking to my car just 5 minutes after my original appointment time! The staff were friendly, polite and very professional. I would recommend Solis to all my friends!
